Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so with a 12 hour notice. Cancellation without a 12 hour notice will result in a charge (1/2 cost of scheduled session) for your session, as that time as been set aside specifically for you.
Late Policy
Please call (269) 506-2891 if you know you will be late for an appointment.
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened in order to accomodate others who follow. Full payment for your appointment will be expected. If scheduling allows, your end time may be extended to provide for the full lenth of your appointment.
No Show Policy
Appointments will be automatically cancelled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time, unless prior arrangements have been made. You will not be able to make future appointments until payment is made for your missed appointment (1/2 cost of scheduled appointment).
These policies have been adopted to insure that the therapist's time and efforts are respected, as well as insuring your massage is a stress-free and relaxing experience.
